The most important thing during the main story playthrough is that you break all the 21 Sarcophagi for the Got Walkthrough? missable achievement.
When you start the game for the first time, make sure to select 'Normal' difficulty (the higher of the two), so you can lower it in-game later to acquire one of the missable achievements ( Our Little Secret).
